This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: Stag/Hen parties or groups of more than 2 apartments, breakage deposit 200€/200£ per apartment. Please note the deposit is paid by credit card and the remaining balance is payable upon arrival and in cash only. Deposit and Additional Fees: The full amount of the fee for the stay is payable at check in (includes weekly linen change and pre-stay cleaning). In addition, a breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check in. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned. Keys collection: Keys must be collected from the Gestaltur office at Cuenca Street 18, Benidorm. From 1 April - 31 October, office opening hours are: * Monday to Saturday from 10:00 - 19:00. * Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00. During the summer, the opening hours will be extended. From 1 November - 31 March, office opening hours are: *Monday to Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00 *Sunday Closed The property swimming pool is open between 15 June and 15 September. Please note that Apartamentos Turísticos Gemelos 2.4 offer free luggage storage upon departure in the Gestaltur office (subject to office hours).
